EQUANS is recruiting for a senior Facilities Manager to lead on-site operations at the Moderna Harwell site. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, ensure compliance with GxP/GMP standards, and deliver maintenance services across plant, lab and manufacturing areas while maintaining safety and performance KPIs.
You will drive client relationships, coordinate with the Account Director, and implement continuous improvement in line with contractual obligations, quality policies, and industry best practices.
