We are supporting a leading defence engineering organisation in recruiting Electronics Assembly Operators to work on advanced circuit card builds. This is a great opportunity to develop specialist skills in a structured, quality-driven production setting.
What you'll be doing:
- Assembling and soldering components onto circuit boards
- Working with small components, often under a microscope
- Carrying out visual inspections and basic rework on assemblies
- Following engineering drawings and build instructions
- Recording work and completing quality checks in line with process requirements
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
What we're looking for:
Essential:
- Experience in soldering or electronics assembly
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Comfortable working with small, delicate components
Desirable:
- IPC or ESD awareness/training
- Experience reading engineering drawings or work instructions
- Background in PCB / circuit card assembly or similar environment
