Guidant Global is seeking an Automation Flow Controller for the John Lewis Distribution Centre at Magna Park.

The AFCs manage conveyor flow, clear crashes, and report faults to keep goods moving smoothly.

Shifts include AM, PM and Nights with hourly rates: 6AM–2PM £13.05, 2PM–10PM £15.80, 10PM–6AM £16.80.

This role is on-site with standard 8-hour shifts and a zero-hours style framework.
