Jungheinrich UK is looking for enthusiastic apprentices who are passionate about sales and want to join a multinational engineering company. The apprenticeship offers a three-year training programme, providing an excellent opportunity to work in a field-based environment alongside established sales teams across the UK.

What is an Apprenticeship? Apprenticeships combine hands-on job training with academic study, allowing individuals to learn a role while completing a nationally recognised programme. There is no age limit to completing an Apprenticeship in the UK.

About the Role: Kick-start your career in corporate sales with Jungheinrich as a Graduate Corporate Account Manager (CAM). This is a unique opportunity to take on real commercial responsibility from day one while completing a fully funded Level 6 B2B Sales Degree Apprenticeship. You’ll gain hands-on experience in account management, consultative selling, and business development, supported by structured training, mentoring, and university-level learning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support and progress to managing your own key customer accounts.
  • Build strong relationships across multiple levels within client organisations.
  • Drive commercial growth, profitability, and customer value.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Develop and deliver tailored solutions and proposals.
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare equipment specifications.
  • Present to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage sales processes, tenders, quotes, and account plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer delivery.

Apprenticeship Programme: Delivered over 3 years through blended learning (online, projects, workshops). Learn key skills in:
