We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a dynamic Clients Facilities Management team supporting a major PFI Healthcare contract. This role sits at the heart of project and commercial operations, acting as the link between Project Managers, PMO, and Commercial teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring contractual compliance, managing formal notices, and supporting project delivery outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with complex contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all formal contractual notices including Early Warning Notices, Delay Notices, RFIs, and other contractual correspondence.
- Act as the single point of contact for Project Managers and PMO teams regarding contractual notice requirements.
- Maintain and manage comprehensive Notice Registers and Action Logs, ensuring all deadlines and follow-ups are tracked and delivered.
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure all contractual communications are accurate, compliant, and commercially sound.
- Within this role you will attend project and programme meetings, capturing contractual actions and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Support Project Managers by translating operational issues into formal contractual mechanisms and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
- Your can-do attitude will help us succeed in maintaining strong governance, audit-ready documentation, and timely contract administration processes.
- Liaise with stakeholders across Project, Commercial, and Programme functions to ensure risks are identified and managed proactively.
What do you need?
- Proven experience in a Contract Administrator, Commercial Support, or Project Support role within FM, Construction, or PFI environments.
- Strong understanding of contract administration processes, including formal notices and contractual compliance.
- Experience managing registers, trackers, and documentation in a structured and auditable way.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft formal contractual correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work onsite in Manchester, Monday to Friday.
- Full right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
