Role: Trim Assistant
Contract: Until end of March 2026
Location: London, UK SW1P
Working Pattern: Fully Onsite (Monday to Friday)
Job Purpose: This position will support the Trim Development team with administration for their respective department, including managing shipments and shipping documents.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to the PD team including supporting with raw materials booking, data entry, date entry and prepping for meetings, shipping & ad hoc seasonal activities
- Liaising with vendors on information and shipments, tracking and monitoring deliveries to ensure they arrive on time
- PO management- prototypes, sampling, excess stock, organising and recording all invoices
- Sample /stock management
- Organising, filing and archiving samples, swatches and raw materials
- PLM data entry as required.
Personal Profile:
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with large volumes of data entry, ensuring complete detail and accuracy
- Speed in data entry
- Demonstrated ability to operate at pace with flexibility, initiative and solution orientated
- Good communication skills, able to effectively share information with the team in a clear, concise way
- Strong organisational skills
- Computer skills: PLM, Excel, Indesign
- Previous experience within a similar role (Product Development Administration) would be appreciated
