The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Location: Broughton (60% onsite)

Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm)

Pay: £16.61/hr PAYE or £22.22/hr Umbrella

Security Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing Payroll: Accurately input monthly payroll data into SAP Payroll and manage statutory absences using SAP and Workday.
  • Supporting Colleagues: Provide responsive support to our payroll and HR teams, handling high-volume payroll queries for over 1,500 workers.
  • Maintaining Records: Ensure payslips are uploaded promptly and employee records are kept up to date in SAP and Workday.
  • Data Validation: Carry out checks to ensure data accuracy before payroll runs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and support ongoing improvements in our processes.

  • Tech Savvy: Confident using computerised payroll systems (SAP and Workday preferred) and Google Applications.
