As an Administrator, you'll be the organisational heartbeat of the team. Your work ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes - from permits and job packs to invoices and essential system updates. No two days will look the same, and your support will directly help our teams deliver highâquality services to clients and customers across the region.
What you'll be doing:
- Raising permits and ensuring all documentation is processed accurately
- Closing down jobs on Confirm and keeping our systems up to date
- Raising invoices and purchase orders with precision
- Monitoring operational orders and keeping track of essential workflows
- Creating and organising job packs to support operational teams
