We are recruiting Social Workers through to Senior / Advanced Practitioners to join Lichfield AST 1, a supportive and well-established team of 4 practitioners working with children and families to make lasting change.
The Role: You will be responsible for a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
- Child & Family Assessments
- Managing PLO
- Child Protection Plans
- Care Proceedings
- Progressing Adoption Plans
Pay Rates (in line with MOU):
- Social Worker (Band 1) - ASYE + 2 years' experience: £28.55/hr
- Senior Social Worker (Band 2) - ASYE + 3 years' experience: £30.57/hr
- Advanced / Senior Practitioner / Assistant Team Manager - Includes caseload + supervisory / practice development duties: £33.30/hr
