Join a highly regulated, advanced manufacturing environment supporting the build and integration of complex electro-mechanical products. This is a hands-on role working between engineering and production translating design into build-ready processes and supporting delivery on the shop floor.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating and improving manufacturing build instructions
- Supporting assembly and integration from sub-assembly to system level
- Resolving production issues and driving right-first-time builds
- Supporting tooling development and industrial validation (FMEA / FAI)
- Working closely with production, quality and engineering teams
What we're looking for:
- Background in manufacturing engineering (assembly / integration)
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and support production
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
Nice to have:
- Electro-mechanical or electronic assembly experience
- SAP or working within controlled / regulated environments
- ESD awareness
