Lead FEM Engineer

What You\’ll Do:
- Support the Wing FEM and digital analysis team (1AWIA) in delivering top-notch solutions and validating FEM data throughout the modification and certification process for all Airbus commercial aircraft programmes.
- Tackle day-to-day challenges related to FEM analysis, including studies, investigations, risk assessments, and modifications to support in-service occurrences, repairs, plant and FAL issues, design modifications, and developmental designs.
- Ensure timely release of internal loads data and supporting documentation for wing component stress analysis (both static and fatigue).
- Approve linear FEM reports and keep the existing fleet flying with in-service repairs and occurrences.
- Encourage diversity, health & safety, ethics, compliance, and environmental sustainability.

- Expertise in all aspects of FEM and digital analysis (GFEM, DFEM, Test for Static, F&DT) across SA and WB family Airbus programmes.
