Lancashire County Council is recruiting an experienced Adults Social Worker to join their Mental Health Review Team based in Preston. The Role
  • Managing a caseload of adults with mental health needs
  • Completing Mental Health Act reviews and Care Act assessments
  • Undertaking statutory reviews, safeguarding enquiries and support planning
  • Working collaboratively with health professionals, AMHPs and partner agencies
  • Producing clear, timely and high-quality assessments and reports
  • Supporting service users to achieve positive, sustainable outcomes
What You'll Need
  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
  • Experience within Adults Mental Health services
  • Ability to travel countywide across Lancashire
  • Strong knowledge of the Care Act and Mental Health legislation
