We are currently recruiting for three HR Administrators to support a large-scale organisational change and redundancy consultation project linked to changes within HR and Finance operating models across Faculties.

Working closely with Faculty Directors of Operations and HR teams, the successful candidates will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support throughout the consultation process. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HR Administrators, HR graduates with relevant exposure, or candidates with employee relations administration experience who can thrive in a fast-paced and sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support during organisational change and redundancy consultation activities
  • Arrange, coordinate, and minute consultation meetings with accuracy and professionalism
  • Prepare and manage consultation documentation and employee correspondence
  • Collate and maintain consultation feedback and records
  • Ensure accurate data management and document control throughout the process
  • Support HR teams and senior stakeholders with day-to-day coordination activities
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
  • Assist in ensuring consultation activities run smoothly and within required timelines
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous HR administration experience, ideally within employee relations, organisational change, or redundancy consultation environments
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work
  • Excellent written communication skills, including strong note-taking and minute-taking ability
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Immediate availability is essential due to the urgent project start timeline
