Guidant Global is recruiting for a Helpdesk Coordinator role across the Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust estate, including MMUH, Sandwell Health Campus and City Health Campus. You will support the on-site Hard FM maintenance service and lead Helpdesk operations.
You will supervise operators, allocate work, maintain Maximo CAFM data, monitor performance, and contribute to monthly reporting and on-call duty.
