Job Description: Responsibilities: Define and implement the best transformation approach for our Markets teams to achieve our ambition to become a product-led organisation. Promote and instil agile methodologies and practices within these Markets teams, ensuring alignment with the wider Performance LT and the ways of working embraced by the dedicated teams for our super-regions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and adaptability. Identify impediments to delivering value and work systematically to remove them. Analyse performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Markets team. Drive data-driven decisions across the Markets LT to achieve optimal results. Oversee the portfolio of projects within the Markets team, defining and maintaining a clear roadmap for project execution across the super-regions. Work with the Markets LT to prioritise projects and dedicated teams based on business impact and resource availability. Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on goals and priorities. Work closely with stakeholders to gather input and feedback for continuous improvement. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of project managers, scrum masters, and agile coaches who can support all our super regions, working with the Marketing LT to support according to business priorities. Skills: Essential: Expert in Project/Programme Management, planning, organising, and overseeing tasks, resources, and timelines to achieve specific objectives and deliver successful outcomes within a defined scope. Strong agilest, proven track record of working and embedding agile methodologies. Strategic thinker, thinking beyond immediate tasks to contribute to long-term strategy and vision. Strong communicator, with the ability to share or understand information, ideas, and feelings successfully. Highly experienced in project and programme finance including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and decision-making, to support strategic goals. Extensive experience with Risk Management, the ability to identify, evaluate, and manage risks by developing and implementing risk management strategies, frameworks, policies, procedures, and practices. Expert in Resources Management, acquiring, allocating, and managing resources in the most efficient and effective manner. Proficient Technical Acumen, to effectively communicate with development teams and understand technical constraints. Master in Data Analysis, interpreting, cleaning, transforming, and deriving meaningful insights from complex datasets using statistical, computational, and visualisation techniques to inform decision-making and drive actionable outcomes. Highly experienced in Stakeholder Management. Extensive experience in Change Management, the ability to plan, communicate, implement, and support the smooth transition of individuals and organizations through periods of significant change, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption. Quality Assurance to ensure that the organisation is providing the best possible product or service to our customers. Well-versed in Crisis Management, being prepared to handle unexpected challenges and crises, such as launch issues or security breaches, is important for maintaining player trust. Desired: Knowledge of the Gaming Industry. Legal & Compliance Knowledge, understanding the legal and regulatory aspects of the gaming industry, including intellectual property and privacy laws, is important to avoid legal issues. Managerial Responsibilities: Develop and communicate clear goals and objectives for the team aligned to our business strategy. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, actively coaching the team to develop and grow, creating development opportunities as they arise. Create a positive and productive work environment that motivates and inspires people to perform their best work. Leadership Responsibilities: Set the vision and direction for the team, which aligns to our overall business strategy. Provide effective and inspiring leadership and guidance to the teams, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently to achieve company goals.
