We are on the lookout for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our friendly and supportive Kinship Support Team in Gloucestershire. With the recent launch of our Kinship Local Offer, this is an exciting opportunity to join the Local Authority at a time of growth and make a real difference to children and families.
The Role:- Supervise and support kinship foster carers across Gloucestershire and beyond.
- Work closely with Children's Social Workers to ensure children are living in safe, stable, and nurturing homes.
- Oversee and support private fostering households across the county.
- Carry out regular visits to children and adolescents as part of our statutory safeguarding duties.
- Champion the wellbeing of children and adolescents at every step.
