Use knowledge of systems, processes, and data to solve problems, produce reports, and support colleagues and customers. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality administrative support using established processes and systems. Analyse data and produce reports to support decision-making. Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence. Support and advise colleagues on administrative procedures and systems. Build positive relationships with internal teams and external contacts. Monitor and process financial information where required. Identify and suggest improvements to processes and ways of working.
