Join us as a Talent Engagement Coordinator and play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional experience to a 700‑strong contractor community. If you're energised by people, fast‑paced environments, and solving problems with empathy and confidence, this role places you at the heart of an engaging, service‑led programme. A requirement for Security Clearance is part of the role.

What you'll do:

  • Run our Customer/Hello Hub, owning contractor queries from first contact through to resolution.
  • Keep communication flowing through regular engagement calls, pre‑starter check‑ins, and ongoing wellbeing support.
  • Produce clear MI that highlights volumes, trends, and SLA performance.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, surveys, focus groups, and monthly communications.
  • Champion inclusion, safety, and the Virtuoso Way across the contractor community.

Essential skills:

  • Experience supporting contractor or contingent workforce populations.
  • Background in a helpdesk or case management environment.
  • Exposure to inflight or onboarding programmes.
  • Strong data literacy for MI reporting and SLA tracking.
  • Ability to operate confidently.
