Join us as a Talent Engagement Coordinator and play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional experience to a 700‑strong contractor community. A requirement for Security Clearance is part of the role.
What you'll do:
- Run our Customer/Hello Hub, owning contractor queries from first contact through to resolution.
- Keep communication flowing through regular engagement calls, pre‑starter check‑ins, and ongoing wellbeing support.
- Produce clear MI that highlights volumes, trends, and SLA performance.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, surveys, focus groups, and monthly communications.
- Champion inclusion, safety, and the Virtuoso Way across the contractor community.
Essential skills:
- Experience supporting contractor or contingent workforce populations.
- Background in a helpdesk or case management environment.
- Exposure to inflight or onboarding programmes.
- Strong data literacy for MI reporting and SLA tracking.
- Ability to operate confidently.
