About the role
This apprenticeship is an excellent starting point for anyone interested in people, communication and a future career in Talent, Recruitment, HR or Customer Experience. You will join our Talent Engagement team, supporting candidates and contractors throughout their journey. From onboarding and first-day readiness to ongoing engagement once in role, the team ensures people feel supported, informed and valued. No previous experience is required as full training is provided.
Key responsibilities
- Responding to candidate and contractor queries via email, phone and internal systems
- Supporting onboarding checks, documentation and first-day preparation
- Taking part in engagement and keep-in-touch activities
- Collecting feedback and insight to improve our service
- Working closely with recruitment, onboarding and client teams
- Learning how to prioritise queries and resolve issues effectively
This is a development-focused role and full support will be provided.
