Enablement Leader – Airbus, Broughton Location: Broughton (Onsite) Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm) Pay: £29.89/hr PAYE | £40/hr Umbrella Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security) IR35: Inside About the Role Are you a dynamic project leader with a passion for driving change and enabling teams to deliver their best? Airbus is looking for an Enablement Leader to help repurpose the iconic A380 factory for Single Aisle production. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aerospace manufacturing. What You\’ll Do Lead Transformation: Champion \”new ways of working\” and best practices, both from within Airbus and the wider industry. Drive Innovation: Explore and implement new technologies and tooling solutions to boost sustainability and efficiency. Governance & Strategy: Build frameworks to ensure future strategy and tool replenishment are always ahead of the curve. Team Leadership: Empower and develop the Enablement team, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to deliver. Project Delivery: Oversee daily tool control, LOLER management, FOD improvement, and project management. Safety & Quality: Ensure the highest standards in EHS, airworthiness, and SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People).What We\’re Looking For Proven experience in project management, ideally within aviation, production, or manufacturing. Strong facilitation and leadership skills – you know how to motivate and enable teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
