Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Upload spreadsheets, records, and other documentation onto internal systems accurately.
  • Input, update, and maintain data within company databases and software systems.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide support to customers and colleagues.
  • Assist with deliveries and support the wider administration team with day-to-day tasks as required.
