Hours: Mon-Sat, 37 hours/week ?Rate: Up to £41.00/hour ?? (Umbrella)
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced EDT Social Worker to join our Emergency Duty Team covering Gloucestershire county. You'll mainly focus on children's care, but will also support adults when needed. Please note, this role does not include AMHP duties.
What You'll Do:

Provide urgent, out-of-hours support to vulnerable adults, children, and young people �?

Work closely with a small, supportive team of Senior Social Workers ??

Respond quickly and effectively to safeguard those in crisis ??

Collaborate with other agencies working out-of-hours in the voluntary and statutory sectors ??�?

Prioritise cases and make sound decisions in challenging situations ????

Work a rota of 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off (average 37 hours/week) ??

Spend some time on-site (this is not a remote role) �?
Who You Are:

Experienced in children's social care, with some knowledge of adults' services ????
