About the Role Join the dynamic Wing Plant Engineering Team (PET) at Airbus Broughton as a Design Structures Approver . You\’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality design support to the manufacturing plant, ensuring structural integrity and airworthiness across a range of aircraft components. This is more than just a technical role – it\’s about leading, mentoring, and driving innovation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. ?? What You\’ll Be Doing Lead and approve structural design solutions, including major/minor modifications and design query notes. Act as a Design Approval Signatory , ensuring compliance with airworthiness and safety standards. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers, helping to close skill gaps and build capability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing Engineering, CVE, Chief Engineer, Configuration Management) to deliver integrated design solutions.
