Crypto Custodian and Team Support (Gloucestershire)

Guidant Global are looking for a Crypto Custodian to assist in the effective and secure management of cryptographic equipment and key material. They will work with industry partners, ensuring all relevant security policies are complied with. DV Clearance is required for this role. The Security Team requires support for some key functions with a primary focus being the management of its cryptographic estate. The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following responsibilities: Act as Crypto Custodian by managing the cryptographic holding for team across the whole estate, covering both in ternal and external holdings. (75%) Manage sponsored clearances for personnel working within external partners on behalf of department, ensuring they are processed and maintained as efficiently as possible. (20%) Provide secretariat support for the Security Working Group working with the chair and the Security Team to plan agendas, distribute minutes, and progress outstanding actions. (5%) Liaison with Engineering Team to establish and maintain an accurate record of the internal cryptographic holdings. Reporting of any crypto related incidents or near misses (including any instances of failure to comply with security policies, processes, or procedures) to Head of Security and, as appropriate, support any escalation of initial reports within seniors or to national authorities via appropriate mechanisms.
