Jungheinrich UK is looking for enthusiastic apprentices who are passionate about sales and want to join a multinational engineering company. At Jungheinrich, we pride ourselves on having the most highly skilled technical sales teams within the material handling industry, so we are looking for high calibre trainees to join our programme. The apprenticeship offers a three-year training programme.

We offer an excellent opportunity to work in a field-based environment, alongside our established sales teams across the UK to gain first-hand experience in a dynamic and competitive industry at the forefront of intralogistics.

What is an Apprenticeship?

Apprenticeships combine hands-on job training with academic study, allowing individuals to learn a role while completing a nationally recognised programme. There is no age limit to completing an Apprenticeship in the UK.

As an apprentice you will:

About the Role

Kick-start your career in corporate sales with Jungheinrich as a Graduate Corporate Account Manager (CAM). This is a unique opportunity to take on real commercial responsibility from day one while completing a fully funded Level 6 B2B Sales Degree Apprenticeship. You’ll gain hands-on experience in account management, consultative selling, and business development, supported by structured training, mentoring, and university-level learning.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and progress to managing your own key customer accounts.
  • Build strong relationships across multiple levels within client organisations.
  • Drive commercial growth, profitability, and customer value.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Develop and deliver tailored solutions and proposals.
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare equipment specifications.
  • Present to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage sales processes, tenders, quotes, and account plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer delivery.

Apprenticeship Programme

Delivered over 3 years through blended learning (online, projects, workshops). Learn key skills in:
