We're currently seeking an experienced and strategically minded Senior Communications Lead to join a high-performing organisation operating within a complex, fast-paced and highly professional environment. This role sits at the heart of a growing communications and engagement function, helping to strengthen brand presence, stakeholder engagement and external communications activity across a diverse portfolio of initiatives and programmes. You'll play a key role in ensuring the organisation communicates consistently, credibly and effectively across multiple channels, audiences and stakeholder groups. From developing compelling content and managing digital platforms through to supporting events, campaigns and engagement activities, you'll help shape how the organisation is perceived and understood externally. What You'll Be Doing
You will be responsible for:
- Leading communications projects and coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Managing digital communications channels, content programmes and engagement activity.
- Developing and delivering content plans that support organisational objectives.
- Producing high-quality written communications, including articles, case studies, campaign content and stakeholder communications.
- Supporting events, promotional activity and engagement initiatives.
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and promote success stories and key achievements.
- Monitoring performance and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of communications activity.
- Ensuring all communications outputs are delivered to a consistently high standard and align with organisational requirements.
- Building strong partnerships across teams to support coordinated and effective communications delivery.
Your Experience
To be successful, you'll be able to demonstrate:
- Significant experience in communications, engagement, marketing, public affairs or corporate affairs roles.
- A strong track record of delivering effective communications within complex organisations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an engaging and accessible way.

- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong content creation, storytelling and editorial capabilities.
- Experience developing and delivering communications campaigns across a variety of channels.
