Are you an experienced Electrical Circuit Designer ready to make a real impact? Airbus is undergoing a major transformation, bringing together the entire production system and supply chain into a seamless digital world. We\’re looking for a talented professional to help shape the future of aerospace engineering, supporting both innovative new projects and legacy systems.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Design & Validation: Review and validate electrical installation design data for manufacture, ensuring compliance with design processes and programme rules.
- Technical Leadership: Interpret and update wiring architecture documentation, principle diagrams (PDs), extended principle diagrams (EPDs), and wiring diagrams (WDs) using industry-standard tools such as Capital Logic and SeeXP.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions, support design requirement validation, and achieve project milestones.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyse design requirements, propose creative solutions to complex problems, and drive innovation across the team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with experts and stakeholders, ensuring risks are managed and escalated appropriately.
About You
We\’re seeking candidates who:
- Are proficient in functional electrics and their integration across engineering functions.
- Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Demonstrate creativity, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach.
- Are confident decision-makers in complex stakeholder environments.
- Have experience with configuration toolsets (e.g., Capital Logic, SeeXP, Circe, ICC/ACP, Zamiz, ECM, DPDS, ACC2, BCAWD, Optegra & PASS/VPM).
- Hold or have previously held Approval Delegations (desirable but not essential).
- Bring experience from aerospace or other relevant industries.
- Are fluent in spoken and written English.

- Competitive Pay: £46.00 per hour (Umbrella) or £34.39 per hour (PAYE), with paid overtime.
