About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting HR Business Partners and operational stakeholders across a broad range of people activities. You'll ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently, maintain accurate employee records, and provide trusted support throughout the employee lifecycle. This role offers excellent exposure to a variety of HR functions, making it ideal for someone looking to further develop their HR career within a large, complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Business Partners with annual people processes, including salary reviews, performance reviews and bonus administration.
- Manage employee lifecycle administration, from onboarding through to offboarding, ensuring accurate data management within HR systems.
- Act as a key user for Workday and SAP transactions and maintain data integrity across HR platforms.
- Produce and distribute HR reporting, including metrics such as absenteeism and headcount data.
- Coordinate HR review activities and ensure timely, high-quality input from managers.
- Support employee relations activities, including disciplinary, grievance and performance management meetings.
- Assist with medical capability case administration and coordination.
- Participate in recruitment activities and process formal job offers.
- Build effective working relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business.
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Previous experience working within an HR environment.
- Experience as an HR Advisor, HR Officer, HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or HR Generalist.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- The ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to work.
Desirable Skills
- Experience using Workday and/or SAP.
- Experience using Google applications for reporting and data management.
- CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD accreditation.
