We are supporting a leading organisation in the life sciences sector looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on aligning people strategy with business objectives and driving a high-performance culture.
You will provide guidance across the full HR lifecycle, including:
- Employee relations
- Workforce planning
- Talent development
- Organisational design
- Performance management
You’ll also lead HR initiatives, support change management, and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience in performance management, talent development, and employee engagement
- Ability to manage complex employee relations cases and influence stakeholders
- Experience using HR systems and data analytics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- CIPD Level 5 (minimum) or equivalent; Level 7 desirable
