We are supporting a leading organisation in the life sciences sector looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on aligning people strategy with business objectives and driving a high-performance culture.
You will provide guidance across the full HR lifecycle, including employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, organisational design, and performance management. You’ll also lead HR initiatives, support change management, and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Key Requirements:- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience in performance management, talent development, and employee engagement
- Ability to manage complex employee relations cases and influence stakeholders
- Experience using HR systems and data analytics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- CIPD Level 5 (minimum) or equivalent; Level 7 desirable
