Join Us and Help Shape the Future of Airbus Supply Chain Operations. We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join the Supply Chain Operations team as a Supply Officer based at Broughton. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, digitally focused environment and enjoys building strong relationships within a truly global supply chain. You'll work across a dynamic network that connects the Broughton plant with key final assembly lines and Procurement teams, helping ensure materials and components flow smoothly across the business.
As a Supply Officer, you'll play a key role in managing supplier performance and ensuring the timely and accurate flow of materials across Airbus programmes.
- Managing a portfolio of suppliers using existing systems and new digital tools.
- Monitoring demand, controlling forecasts and maintaining accurate order books.
- Using data insights to drive decision-making and identify risks early.
- Leading supplier recovery plans when performance needs improvement.
- Owning and optimising procured goods stock levels.
- Acting as the main point of contact for supply chain queries from operations.
- Collaborating transnationally as part of a global procurement community.
Process & Performance Improvement:
- Maintaining MRP master data within SAP and supporting digital transformation projects.
- Working with digital tools and solutions.
- MRP and SAP expertise in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in project management and/or LEAN methodologies.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
