About the role

Are you organised, proactive and looking to build a career in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? We're supporting the search for an Early Careers Administration Assistant to join a collaborative team delivering vital support to early careers programmes. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to initiatives that shape the next generation of talent. Working closely with the Early Careers team, you'll provide high-quality administrative support, helping to keep programmes running efficiently and making a real impact across the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the day-to-day administration of the Early Careers function
  • Maintain key trackers, including intake and programme data
  • Produce and distribute monthly headcount reports
  • Manage and support internal communications to the Early Careers community
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Coordinate data management and tagging activities
  • Provide general administrative support, including:
    • Raising purchase orders
    • Booking hospitality and visitor access
    • Organising 'Day in the Life' sessions
    • Supporting education liaison activities
    • Assisting with induction planning and onboarding
    • Supporting programme-related events and initiatives
  • Contribute to weekly updates and team activity reporting

What we're looking for

  • Experienced in administration within an office environment
  • Confident delivering excellent customer service (written and verbal)
  • Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, with the ability to use initiative and solve problems
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently when required

Desirable: Knowledge of Google Suite tools
