Guidant Global is looking for a confident, proactive HR Team Leader to support Airbus – a world‑leading, blue‑chip engineering and manufacturing organisation. This is a key role providing HR and ER support across Airbus sites, maintaining seamless HR operations during maternity cover. This is a 9–12 month FTC, with an ASAP start, based primarily in Broughton with occasional travel to Filton and Brize Norton.

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to operational teams while ensuring HR processes are delivered consistently, compliantly, and effectively. You will lead on HR advisory activity, ER casework, and operational support, ensuring a smooth experience for both workers and stakeholders.
