Location: Broughton (minimum 60% onsite)

Contract: 12‐month contract

Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible working between 7am-7pm)

Clearance: BPSS+ (arranged by the client)

About the Role

We are proud to partner with a leading aerospace organisation that is driving ambitious digital transformation across its Broughton site. As a Digital Project Leader, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital initiatives that make a real impact on how the business operates. Working with cross‐functional teams, you will help design and deploy world‐class digital solutions, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to a wider digitalisation strategy that touches every area of the plant. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and seeing their work deliver meaningful results.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Delivering digitalisation projects across multiple areas of the Broughton plant (PAC, A350, SA02, SA03).
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Ensuring alignment with wider transformation workstreams and supporting the rollout of new toolsets.
  • Identifying, managing and communicating project risks.
  • Using data analytics to drive improvements in industrial system performance.
  • Supporting financial aspects of digital projects (CAPEX, OPEX, chargeback, RC/NRC).
  • Helping deliver annual milestones within the Digitalisation Route Map.
  • Championing Google Workspace tools and supporting Microsoft decommissioning activities.
  • Flagging any cyber security compliance concerns and ensuring best practice is followed.

  • Strong project management abilities, ideally with experience of Airbus tools/processes such as LBIP/eLBIP.

  • A proactive, flexible mindset with the confidence to take the initiative.
  • An understanding of wing operational processes and data flows through systems and applications.
  • The ability to map data flows or communicate insights using data visualisation.
