Based in Filton, this role plays a key part in bringing Airbus' communication strategy to life - locally, nationally and globally. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, site leadership and communications colleagues across the UK and beyond to shape engaging stories, deliver clear messaging and support key business priorities.
If you are a confident communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced, complex organisation and enjoys partnering with the business, this could be a great fit.
What you will be doing
- Act as a trusted communications partner to the Filton site and wider UK business
- Manage, prioritise and deliver communication requests in line with strategic and business objectives
- Develop and deliver clear, engaging communication plans and topic briefs
- Create compelling content including:
- Internal communications
- Leadership messages and briefings
- Articles, presentations and updates
- Events and employee engagement activities
Who we are looking for
You do not need a specific qualification - experience is what matters most. You will likely bring:
- Proven experience in internal and external communications, ideally within a large or complex organisation
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels
- Excellent written communication skills and a flair for storytelling
- Experience planning and delivering communication campaigns from concept to delivery
- The ability to think strategically while also delivering at pace
