About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Worker to join the Early Help & Transformation team. You'll be supporting children, adolescents, and families to achieve positive outcomes through early intervention and practical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with children, adolescents, and families to provide targeted support
- Deliver early help interventions in home and community settings
- Contribute to assessments, plans, and reviews
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies
- Empower families to build resilience and independence
