What you'll be doing:
- Supporting project teams with data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
- Producing Excel-based reports to monitor cost, schedule, and delivery
- Extracting and working with data from systems such as SAP or other project tools
- Creating clear PowerPoint packs for project reviews and leadership updates
- Using Power BI dashboards to understand and communicate trends
- Working closely with stakeholders across manufacturing and project teams
What we're looking for:
You don't need to tick every box, but you'll likely have experience in:
- Working with data in a project, manufacturing, or operations environment
- Strong Excel capability, including:
- Lookup formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Conditional formulas
- Pivot tables
- Conditional formatting
- Supporting reporting from systems such as SAP, MS Project, JIRA, or similar
- Turning data into clear, structured outputs for stakeholders
- Communicating confidently with different teams
Nice to have:
- Experience using Power Query
- Experience maintaining or updating Power BI reports/dashboards
