Join a highly regulated, advanced manufacturing environment supporting the build and integration of complex electro-mechanical products. This is a hands-on role working between engineering and production translating design into build-ready processes and supporting delivery on the shop floor.
- Creating and improving manufacturing build instructions
- Supporting assembly and integration from sub-assembly to system level
- Resolving production issues and driving right-first-time builds
- Supporting tooling development and industrial validation (FMEA / FAI)
- Working closely with production, quality and engineering teams
Background in manufacturing engineering (assembly/integration) is required. Candidates should be able to interpret engineering drawings and support production. Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is essential, along with electro-mechanical or electronic assembly experience. Familiarity with SAP or working within controlled/regulated environments is preferred.
