Working Pattern: 37.5 hrs per week
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of risk, identifying risk, and implementing mitigation strategies
- Safeguarding Adults knowledge and ability to manage and identify risks
- Ability to complete needs assessments
- Support planning skills to commission care and support
- Knowledge and experience of the Care Act
- Knowledge and experience of the Mental Capacity Act
- Able to attend and chair a range of meetings related to the social worker role
- Ability to manage a varied caseload
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
- Prior Social Work experience
- Minimum 1 year in a similar role
- Registered with Social Work England
Special Requirements
- Ability to work remotely from home
- Must be a car user, able to travel across the East Locality Area
- Should live within a reasonable commuting distance to complete face-to-face assessments
