Job Title: – Asset Manager\\n\\nBase Location: 37 Pembroke Road, W8 6PW (Hybrid role)\\n\\nJob type: – 3-month (Temp to Perm)\\n\\nSalary: PAYE – £22.08/hour and Umbrella – £28.27/hour\\n\\nRoles and Responsibilities \\n\\nDeliver effective asset management across residential and commercial portfolios in line with the Council's Asset Management Strategy.\\nDevelop, implement and monitor technical and design standards that meet regulatory, safety, sustainability and performance requirements.\\nCoordinate and support the delivery of asset-related capital programmes and projects, ensuring quality, compliance and value for money.\\nAnalyse stock condition and asset performance data to inform lifecycle planning, investment priorities and component replacement strategies.\\nContribute technical and compliance expertise to asset reviews, option appraisals and programme development.\\nSupport strategic asset planning through accurate inputs into investment modelling, scenario testing and financial forecasts.\\nEmbed technical standards, KPIs and compliance requirements into procurement documentation and evaluate technical submissions.\\nAct as a technical advisor on design and delivery issues, ensuring consistency across new build and refurbishment programmes.\\nProduce performance, compliance and asset management reports to support statutory and strategic decision-making.\\nBuild and maintain effective relationships with residents, internal teams, contractors and consultants to ensure resident-focused asset delivery. \\n\\nEssential Skills \\n\\nStrong experience supporting strategic asset management and the development of data-driven investment programmes.\\nProven ability to analyse and interpret stock condition and asset performance data to produce actionable recommendations.\\nDemonstrated experience delivering technical and compliance elements of housing and commercial property projects.\\nGood working knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements, including the Social Housing Regulation Act and Building Safety Act.\\nExperience contributing to asset strategies, policies, business plans and performance reports.\\nProficiency in coordinating asset-related projects with internal teams, contractors and consultants.\\nStrong stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills across diverse audiences.\\nExperience using asset databases, modelling tools and data-driven systems to support investment planning.\\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to changing programme requirements.\\nStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, balancing technical delivery with strategic asset objectives. \\n\\nGuidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG – The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
