JCB, the UK’s leading manufacturer of construction and agricultural equipment, is seeking skilled and motivated Production Operatives to join our teams across Derbyshire and Staffordshire. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of 14.47 from your first shift, with a range of shift patterns available.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the assembly line, meeting performance and quality targets
- Use hand and air tools confidently and safely
- Maintain required output and quality standards
- Load and unload vehicles, receive goods, and manage stock
- Participate in on-site training programmes to develop your skills
- Support continuous improvement through problem solving and kaizen activities
- Follow all Health and Safety regulations

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Consistent timekeeping and attendance
- Previous assembly or mechanical experience is desirable, but full training is provided
- Flexibility to work shifts (shift allowances paid where applicable)
