As a Supply Logistics Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring parts and materials flow smoothly through the operation-supporting both internal teams and external customers. What You'll Be Doing
- Support the planning and coordination of all aspects of parts supply, ensuring the master production schedule is met and assets are used effectively.
- Ensure accurate, timely reporting of supply chain data to the operations team.
- Maintain high levels of data quality across all operational systems.
- Manage parameters to support efficient asset utilisation.
- Work collaboratively within a Natural Team environment.
- Communicate Parts Supply Enablement profiles clearly and proactively.
- Produce and analyse forward load and capacity plans-including Line of Balance updates.
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to shopfloor teams and external customers.
- Provide visibility and governance across inventory, scheduling, kitting, and system data accuracy.
What You'll Bring
- An HNC or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPIM, CIPS), plus at least 2 years' supply chain experience.
- Alternatively: 3+ years' relevant experience in supply chain without formal qualifications.
- Experience using MRP planning systems (essential).
- A solid understanding of supply chain processes.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- The ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
