About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Site Supervisor to oversee a range of construction and refurbishment projects across Hampshire.
Project values typically range from £50,000 to £600,000 and include office refurbishments, roofing works, and water hygiene-related projects.
You will be responsible for supervising subcontractors, maintaining high health and safety standards, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Supervising day-to-day site activities and subcontractors.
- Coordinating labour, materials, plant, and equipment on site.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring work meets quality standards and deadlines.
- Carrying out regular site inspections and maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Completing weekly and monthly site audits.
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Reporting any issues, delays, or safety concerns to the Senior Project Manager.
- Supporting the successful delivery of projects while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Travelling to sites across Hampshire and, when required, covering projects in Kent and Sussex.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience supervising construction, refurbishment, or maintenance projects.
- Valid SMSTS certificate.
- Black, White, or Gold CSCS Supervisor Card.
- 3-Day First Aid at Work certificate.
- Temporary Works Coordinator qualification. Asbestos Awareness certificate.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and work across multiple sites.
- EUSR Blue Card (National Water Hygiene) is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided after offer.
