What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of all aircraft part commodities to achieve build, cost, and delivery targets.
- Leading or contributing to improvement projects aimed at enhancing business performance.
- Providing day‑to‑day support to operational areas to help achieve financial targets (e.g., man hours per set).
- Anticipating and responding to production rate changes while managing risks and opportunities.
- Ensuring the Airbus Operating System (AOS) is effectively deployed across relevant areas.
- Building strong working relationships with Airbus Procurement to mitigate supplier performance risks.
- Collaborating closely with the Logistic Service Provider (LSP) to ensure process adherence and resolve non‑conformances.
- Supporting continuous improvement in Environmental, Health.
