?? Location: Stoke on Trent?? Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:30 AM – 5:00 PM?? Pay: Up to £33.88 per hour (Umbrella)
�? Role Overview:
Join our dedicated team supporting children, young people, and their families across Stoke-on-Trent. As an Advanced/Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in assessment, safeguarding, and care planning, ensuring the welfare of children is always the top priority.
?? Key Responsibilities:

??????????? Involve children, young people, and families fully in assessments and care planning

?? Work to agreed practice standards and meet Social Work England registration requirements

??? Safeguard children and young people, taking appropriate action when safety is at risk

?? Promote the health, wellbeing, and safety of children, young people, families, and carers

?? Manage more complex casework with skill and professionalism

? Use time management effectively and respond flexibly to service needs

?? Support efficient deployment of departmental resources

?? Follow all health and safety procedures and standards at work

?? Provide support and cover to the Principal Manager when required
