Advanced Practitioner β Bradford
Location: Bradford Hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM β 5:00 PM (37 hours/week) Pay: Up to Β£37.00 per hour Hybrid Working: Enjoy flexible hybrid working! Some days you\βll be in the office for team meetings or specific tasks as needed.

As an Advanced Practitioner, you\βll be a key player in supporting children and families across Bradford, providing expert guidance and delivering high-quality, person-centered interventions. You\β\βll work closely with a dedicated team to promote positive outcomes and safeguard vulnerable individuals.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex casework with children, young people, and families
- Conduct detailed assessments and develop effective care plans
