Advanced Practitioner – Bradford 🌟 📍 Location: Bradford ⏰ Hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (37 hours/week) 💷 Pay: Up to £37.00 per hour 🏠 Hybrid Working: Enjoy flexible hybrid working! Some days you\’ll be in the office for team meetings or specific tasks as needed. Role Overview: As an Advanced Practitioner, you\’ll be a key player in supporting children and families across Bradford, providing expert guidance and delivering high-quality, person-centered interventions. You\’ll work closely with a dedicated team to promote positive outcomes and safeguard vulnerable individuals. What You\’ll Do: 🧑 🤝 🧑 Lead complex casework with children, young people, and families 📋 Conduct detailed assessments and develop effective care plans 🤝 Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure holistic support 💡 Provide expert advice and mentorship to junior staff 🏢 Participate in team days and office-based tasks as needed 🛡️ Promote safeguarding and welfare at all times What We\’re Looking For: ✅ Qualified social worker with proven experience in child and family services ✅ Strong assessment and decision-making skills ✅ Excellent communication and leadership abilities ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✅ Commitment to flexible working and community engagement What happens now?
