Participate in all assigned on stage singing, dancing and performances of the company.

Attend all rehearsals and work with the band members and all the singers.

Work with the stage manager to fine-tune performances.

Keep and update all weekly selections of at least 20 songs for routine performance.

Memorise lyrics and routines of song selections for optimal performance standards.

Recruit and interview all new performance artistes.

Interpret all music or dance and perform productions.

Guide and advise artistes to improve on stage.

Discipline problematic artistes.

Requirements:

  • Must have 3 to 5 years working experience as a Performing Artiste Manager or related as a manager.
  • Able to work and communicate well with all the singers.
  • Must have experience as a performer and singer.
  • Knowledge of all Mandarin songs and J-Pop/K-Pop is advantageous.
  • Must have strong experience.
