Candidates should be top performers with an entrepreneurial mind‑set, who are willing to work hard in a dynamic environment where initiative, creativity, maturity, and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued. The ideal candidate will have strong execution experience and the potential to develop origination skills and client relationships.
