Guggenheim Securities (βGSβ) is seeking an exceptional, experienced Vice President to join its Technology team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the preparation of marketing materials including teasers, information memoranda, and other transaction-related documentation.
- Contributing to the creation of strategic frameworks, tools, and intellectual property to aid business development activities of the firm.
- Gathering and analysing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, developing and communicating recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identifying improvements to processes and proposing solutions to complete group tasks more efficiently.
- Demonstrating understanding of macro factors related to client sectors and investment banking and potential implications.
- Acting as lead βon the jobβ trainer for Associates and Analysts, articulating roles and objectives for junior team members and providing constructive feedback.
- Sharing relevant deal/client context with the junior team and providing motivation and guidance for the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of investment banking or equivalent experience.
